1. What is the process for making a purchase?
When you purchase a used engine from a supplier, you typically receive a complete engine assembly. This assembly includes various components such as the block, head, pistons, camshaft, crankshaft, and other internal parts. Additionally, some change-over accessories and wear-and-tear items may be left on the engine for your convenience.
2. Is financing an option that is available through your company?
Currently, we do not provide financing options. However, we do offer a reservation option. If you wish to reserve a part, you can pay 20% of the total order cost. This reservation will secure the part exclusively for you for a period of 30 days. During this time, the part will not be sold to anyone else. The remaining balance must be settled before the part is dispatched.
3. Is it possible for me to come and collect my auto parts in person?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup option. Our inventory is located at multiple supplier locations, and we fulfill orders through shipping. However, we provide free shipping for all orders placed within the United States. If you have any more questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with, feel free to let us know.

We provide free shipping for both residential and business addresses. However, please note that an extra fee of $100 will be applied if a forklift is required for delivery.

We offer a 90-day return and refund policy for all orders. If your purchase is covered by warranty, the shipping costs for returns will be handled by us.

10. Is delivery to locations outside the United States available?
Free shipping is applicable solely within the 48 Continental United States. Nevertheless, it is feasible to arrange delivery to locations outside of the USA upon special request, subject to additional shipping charges.
