That’s why we provide a comprehensive warranty policy, allowing customers to avail returns or refunds in the event of receiving any defective or incorrect merchandise. Our priority is to address any queries or complaints promptly, making the warranty process smooth and seamless for our valued customers
How to Claim Warranty?
If you intend to start a warranty claim, please ensure you have the following information readily:
- Proof of the Issue (images/videos)
- Warranty documents signed at the time of placing the order
- A diagnostic report by an ASE certified mechanic (if the proof of the issue is unavailable).
Before you proceed with initiating a warranty claim, please verify that all the pre-installation checks, as outlined on the warranty page, were duly followed during the installation process. This step can help eliminate most of the common issues that may arise.
How to Initiate RETURN ?
If despite our efforts to provide a fully functional unit initially, you still wish to return your engine or transmission due to any issue, please refer to our return guidelines below:
- You are entitled to a six-month return and replacement warranty starting from the date of delivery for any merchandise you purchase.
- Once approved by our warranty team, our support team will initiate the pickup procedure. You will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL), which must be printed out and presented to the driver during the pickup.
- Returned engines or transmissions must be in the same condition and packaging as they were originally shipped. Any modifications, damage, or partial/full installation may limit our ability to process the return.
- A refund will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved by us, we will cover the original transportation costs; if not, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- We may make exceptions for a used engine if it arrives damaged or if we mistakenly accept the wrong item.
- Once we receive the merchandise, we will promptly initiate the replacement or refund process as necessary.
- For refunds, please note that it will take 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to process the refund to your source account.
- For replacements, please allow 3-5 business days for us to deliver the replacement merchandise as per our standard order fulfillment process.
- Defective merchandise must be picked up prior to the initiation of replacement shipment or refund processing.
What to do in case of Failed Delivery?
While the likelihood of such circumstances is minimal due to our vigilant monitoring of shipments and our trusted delivery partners in the USA, there are instances beyond our control. If a shipment fails to be delivered and is returned to Used Engines Inc., upon receipt, we can arrange to resend it using a different carrier. Alternatively, you may opt for an order cancellation with a full refund.
